My name is Radha Rama Dorai. I am a techno- banker, with extensive experience across commercial banking, regulatory banking and financial technology service. I have seen commercial banks being run manually on ledger books, have seen the trial and tribulations of being a banker to banks, have seen a private sector bank being set up from scratch in all its technological glory, have seen banking morph from its manual avatar to its semi-digital avatar today. I have seen what it is to be a service provider to banks. Thus, I can examine various aspects of the developments in the banking sector from all perspectives and perhaps, come up with my own perspective!

Bankingscape – looking at the banking landscape!
Bankingscape.com is a blogsite set up by me to scan the banking landscape as it evolves, in India as well as countries abroad. I intend to make it a place to share news, views and ideas, a platform which people can access, to read perspectives on the likely impact of various changes in the financial sector and banking and payments industry in particular . This site will also track the trends and growth vectors of the industry. Subject matter experts will share their views on the various facets of the financial sector. Their interviews, articles, books will also be analysed. There will be sections on customer education, FAQs, do’s and don’ts on various financial products and services.
